I booked two tours - finding meeting points is a challenge on its own, furthermore - Pantheon ticket pick up is 700 meters away from Pantheon - I booked a fast track ticket with audioguide - when I get there I find out that Pantheon on Sunday is free, I paid just for audioguide and to get to the Pantheon is a 3 hour line. Nobody picks up the phone, no cuatomer service, no cancellation possible. Avoid at all costs its a SCAM

The refund policy doesn’t work. They simply ignore your request and eventually close the ticket without resolution. It's a scam. I strongly advise against using this app.

Deo was the best driver and guide that we met so far in Bali. He skillfully captured our ATV adventure and waterfall experience with great photos and videos. Also answered all our questions and shared fascinating insights about Bali during our ride between activities. Deo was incredibly helpful with everything and when we asked he even took us to a local market to explore fruits, providing valuable information. I highly recommend requesting Deo as your guide for an unforgettable Bali experience.
