When you go abroad it is not accurate. We tried to catch a train but did not tell us the modified route nor did it tell us that we have to catch a bus afterwards. We, being in a new country, did not know this. Also it did not give us public transport, it gave us coaches that we had to pay for but did not know. We much preferred using uber.
Since google maps life has changed so much. It’s so easy to find an address or shop, reviews on restaurants and a good mechanic. Thank you google🙏🙏🙏🙏

As a business owner, I understand the importance of having a presence on Google Maps since it's widely used. However, I am disappointed that Google allows users to leave one-star reviews without any comment or photo. This policy enables fake reviews that can unfairly damage a business's reputation. Google should require at least a comment and photo to substantiate low ratings and ensure more accurate and fair feedback.
