Nice to use on daily basis
It is kind of personalized, that is a plus. But after several tries I found out that private data export doesn’t work
Signed up with HWPO for 1 month trial. Used it 1-2 times, was unimpressed, cancelled within the first week. 5 months later logged into App Store and see they’ve been charging me every month.
I’m into my second month and finding real benefits. It doesn’t get boring, even in my focus areas, as there are so many different exercises for the same body parts. One feature request: when you make a mistake in entering your mobility test results, the only way to fix it is to do the all the tests again. It would be great to have the ability to just redo the one test component that is wrong.
Really good overall. Only complaint is the new watch app for Apple Watch does not work as expected. The timer stops weirdly when watch is facing away. Tried changing always on settings but didn’t help. Hope they fix it.
Great pre workout stretching. Post workout I can only use a gun, foam roller, and ball. Would like to be able to get a basic post workout stretch routine based off my WOD for the amount the subscription costs.
After trying some other apps I can say this is the best one. It combines mobility and flexibility and the routines vary to make it more entertaining and enjoyable.
Very generic and very light routines - very ineffective. May work as PT/ rehab, possibly elderly people. Not for youngsters
Why doesn’t the programming have a warm up.
