The worst food delivery company I have ever used. Two guys in a row called and said if I don't give a tip they will cancel order... The other day I waited 2 hours and then Grab canceled my order. Now I am waiting another 1,5 hours, just to get it and remove this app. BTW, grab taxi is fine, food delivery is catastrophic...

They lie how much time it takes to for a car to drive. It's always x2 - x3. The drivers aren't professional.

If everything goes well - you have a driver - then congrats. There will be no question to grab But if it happens they can’t find you a driver bc you choose cash when your card doesn’t work they delay your order for 1 hour WITHOUT AN OPTION TO CANCEL AND STILL LEAVING THE STATUS IN TIME. In what universe the order I made at 11 and was supposed to arrive by 12:05 is still on time when the new delivery time is 1pm? It is a whole hour. And as mentioned in other reviews - there’s simply no cancel button Had it happened just once? No. Has anything changed? No. Do I want to keep ordering from this company? Thank you but no. There’s a GoJeck that appears not to have such problems. Even tho everything there is more expensive. But with grab they won’t even give you anything to pay back for you time. If I knew I will have to wait 2 hours for my food, I would go to the cafe directly Grab, get a support team to solve situations like that!!!! Oh and on some days grab will just ban cash payments- and when I try to make an order with cash - I will get a problem with payment. WHAT KIND OF PROBLEM IS THAT? If you haven’t even got the payment. (There are no reasons to do so, because I always pay more than enough for my food)

The customer service of the app is just horrible. The time of delivery adjusts on its own, ordering priority delivery doesn’t guaranty anything. Sometimes it seems as money rip off, the just charge you more. There is no ability to leave the comment about allergies except lactose intolerance which is common for Asian countries. I have allergy for other things, many shops don’t specify the receipt of the dishes they serve. Every time I wonder if it’s safe to eat or not.

Blocked after 5-10 cancellation for 3 days. Awful service.

The courier marked the order as delivered while it didn’t. Grab’s support topic doesn’t even allows you to contact support team.

Никогда не заказывайте ГРАБ в Таиланде. Бангкок ещё +- норм, но в Пхукете - это ад. Садитесь на БОЛТ, друзья. В какой-то момент вы сильно пожалеете, что выбрали граб 😉 Dont order GRAB in Thai. In BKK its still +- normal, but in Phuket grab is fckn hell. Ride bolt taxi, if you want save your nerves 😟
