Grab has no humans working to solve problems. They deducted 9,999 pesos from my account and I can't get the money back. They didn't even add it to the Grab Wallet. Bunch of thieves.

In Philippines I often meet with drivers who dislike the route or stop far from the pickup location, press arrive and deliberately wait the time limit to cancel the ride. When the driver dislikes the drop-off location or is in a “bad mood” he will simply give you a low rate (no matter how respectful you were) and that automatically punishes and bans your account. Two or three weeks ago I was paying with my card for Grab rides. Every few weeks I replace the digital card and so this is what I did today. This time, Grab app will not let me add the card. It is a card from the same issuer, same brand, same setup. It is not possible to use it anymore. Is it possible to talk to someone at Grab? NO.
