App always crash when opening
I have the latest iPadOS version and the App is up to date. Tried all the possible troubleshooting steps and still not opening. It quits when I try to open it. Please fix this since I'm paying for the subscription.
I have already paid the subscription, but it was not reflected to my account. I used their customer support, but to no avail, still not yet resolved. My money was wasted (felt like it was stolen!).
I was excited to watch Snapped because I like true crime stories but unfortunately for some reason after I subscribed for a 3 months pass, the payment went successful but the app started to acting strange. It keeps getting an error. I wish I would’ve listened to the reviews. Just a waste of money. 😔👎🏼
This is the 3rd time now, that within the app it says that I am not longer subscribed. Then when I check the app store it shows my subscription is still active. I've tried in the past to reach out to your customer service and no one ever responds. And now, I've just went ahead and canceled my subscription entirely and deleted the app. You guys don't seem to care about your subscribers so goodbye.
Error message just when you’re still signing up.
Hopefully this update fixes the voice sync.
If only the shows here were available on Netflix, I wouldn’t bother with this buggy app. Just terrible. When they first launched it, this app was like hell and years after, it still is.

I was subscribing and paid already for a account I made but unfortunately you HAYU didn’t let me used it I can’t even watch and sign up with the ACCOUNT I ALREADY PAID and guess what. You just stole from me I paid but I never used it. Because your application said can’t use there was a error. I would like reimbursement. Your taking away our money but we can’t even use the account.
