Even though I bought a 1 year subscription, I get ads that can't be skipped (on Apple TV)... Even if they are ads to Hayu shown, it's outrageous that I can't skip them. I understand getting recommend tv shows, but beeing forced to watch trailers is something else. Besides that, the app is works fine.

The latest update is a pain in the bum,I click on the app and I just get the spinny thing. So annoying!

Love the channel but hate the app! It’s always glitching, takes ages to come back online if it’s out of order which is, out of order! Zero accountability or explanations for this
The worst app
This might be the worst TV app I have used - it is so unreliable and so glitchy. It doesn’t seem to have evolved over the past three years - you download shows to watch offline and they disappear. The app doesn’t sometimes load offline. The downloading function doesn’t work all the time. It’s awful! I pay the same monthly subscription fee for Netflix and Disney and they’re far superior - sort it out!!!!
Terrible
The app has been so unreliable lately, after every show ends or i try to change to a different show or access my account i get the spinning wheel of doom! I have to restart my ipad multiple times to get back in to the app and sometimes have to wait a couple of days. You have no issues taking payment from me your customers each month though!

I had the 7 day free trial. I then subscribed paying next£4.99, I have not been able to access accout. Been in touch with customer support a good few times to no avail. I am fuming as the money has been taken from my account.
i hate this app
i luv the real housewifes so need this app but its actually the worst, there has never been a time that i havent had an problem with this app, the search feature is garbage and will just give random suggestions that arent what u r searching for, it will crash constantly, it never saves where i left off a show properly , it has currently crashed right now, this is what inspired me 2 wrote this review , i hate this app, for the luv of god pls save me from the torture that the hayu app puts me thru on a daily basis
