Hertz Car Rentals

I use Hertz often but am happy to switch brands. Today, the App, even after reinstalling it on IOS v16, has a problem. It crashes after login when you try to reserve a car. For a company as large as Hertz, this is really shortsighted. That said for me, the solution is simple: A rivals’ App works fine, so I will book there.

App is a load of crap. Have to resort to browser

it’s hard to understand that a company like Hertz have such a shoddy app. it constantly crashes and gives trouble and is incredibly slow. very disappointing

The app sometimes freezes. Also doesn’t show upcoming rentals.

Trying to book a car is hit and miss. You rarely reach the end of the booking without getting stuck somewhere. When you are lucky enough to reach the end, it tells you there is no internet connection all of a sudden.

For a company the size of hertz this app is an embarrassment. It barely functions, and rarely gives accurate error messages. When it does work it's slow and has basic functionality.

Worst in class app. Wake up Hertz...customers are not the enemy, or people to ask 10,000 questions before you allow them to give you money.

The phone app is always problematic. Either it is not available or steps have to be continually redone. Don’t understand why Hertz allow these niggles to continue without resolution for the past 2 years.

Just downloaded the app on my iphone 7, app does not open, deleted, reinstalled, restarted. Does nothing...
