Hertz Car Rentals

I really don't understand why they don't develop this app. It's not worthy for this company at all.

This app is the worst app in my phone, by a length. There has not been any new development since years. I’m renting car with Hertz only because of benefits acquired with Amex and Flying blue. Otherwise, I would not rent with them. Note: the app is terrible, the website is not better either.

It is just as bad as the reviews suggest. It is unstable, user unfriendly, gets stuck halfway the reservation or payment process. Terrible. But I am afraid it’s not just the app. The website is not a lot better and your client info doesn’t sync between the site and the app either. I booked on the website since the app didn’t let me compete my booking and now I can’t find that booking on the app so it doesn’t show my trip nor add my loyalty points. 🤦Hertz - shame on you. I’m almost inclined to go to the competition.

Hertz, dear oh dear, it’s been 15 years since the first apps came out on the Apple store. It’s like you never update yours since.

Really poor functionalities, most options redirect to online websites

Black screens, can’t go back or forward on some screens, hopeless app.

Clunky login, freezing screens, crashes, error messages, and never seems to work when offline. This has to be the worst app on my iPhone.

What an absolute terrible app. It doesn’t remember login information. It can’t find reservations and furthermore offers any solution.

Even not full screen but iphone5 format? Even didn’t bother to log in. Stone Age app
