Tried several times to extend a rental, but this sad excuse for an app crashed every single time. Dissapointing

Useless app and makes you want to leave Hertz

Being a member at the highest level with Hertz, National and Avis - I have enjoyed Hertz’s cars but this completely horrible app makes me doubt my choice

Useless

How can one of the biggest rental sites in the world not have a proper App that is useful. This has been the same for years and seen no improvement. Try to look to Sixt and their App...

Crashe and won’t show prices

The app feel like a something from the 2011. It it is impossible to rent via the app. Another customer lost.

Still shocking

Current feature is intrusive screen that asks you to upgrade the app - if you click upgrade takes you to App Store - no upgrade available (ie I have the latest version already).

crash on iPhone everytime (still 4 years after similar review)
