Considering the Number of years they have had to improve this app, and nothing has happened, they deserve only one star. That’s for being consistently poor - that is also an achievement.

Horrible app

Hertz has just checked out of the app game. Does not even fit my screen it’s so outdated. Crashes, clunky, ugly. Stunned that a reputable company like this just does not GAF. Avis here I come.

The app forgets my login each time and I can’t even see my bookings. Come on Hertz! This is unsatisfying for your customers.

Asks for user name and psw every time I try to open it. Just to crash when I try to open a reservation

Spend 20mins signing up through a hopeless and unnecessarily long form and now I just get errors trying to login👏👏 Find professional help you clearly don’t know how to build decent customer experiences.

It's quite surprising that a company like Hertz can have such a bad app. They must be loosing a lot of business due to that - but they don't really seem to care as it has been so for years.

A customer loosing experience - a poor website in an even worse wrapping. You can do better than that, Hertz - your app should match your cars.

Cannot be upgraded in Europe

Choosing pick-up and drop-of times in the app is virtually impossible - and for that reason, the app is practically useless. Please improve that immediately.
