Login screen - asks you whether you want the login details to be remembered. Selected yes. But every time it asks you login anyways. Reservation number. Why ask for a Res number every time should just put you into a list of your reservations instead of asking for a number every time. Pointless. Slow app that crashes all the time big time update needed asap. Overall very disappointed with the app lots to fix.

Rest of the world has had a new hertz app for years. This one isn’t even adjusted to new iPhone screen sizes and is so buggy it doesn’t work. Hasn’t been updated in 9months. Just give us the new one.

Literally can’t even select a car. The app performs like a tractor in NASCAR. Have tried 3 times to book a car from LAX & every time it freezes. Off to Avis I go!

It’s so painful to use this app. It feels like it was made for an iPhone 4. It’s buggy and frustrating. Unfortunately the mobile website isn’t much better, but still better than this.

Not easy to use, not optimised for iPhone screens beyond the iPhone 10, slow.

Useless app. Can logon the website (which is also pretty unfriendly) but same credentials can’t logon to app. Avoid at all costs to save your blood pressure.

Was hoping it would be an improvement over their difficult to use website but almost every part of the user experience with the app has issues. From endless loops of asking me to login again when I try to use points, or the 10 sec lag with every step

App finally started working again after months of redirects but is still bugging out with error messages saying 12pm is midnight, and that the McCarran rental car center is closed at the time I’ve said I’ll return it when I know it is not. Why is this app so useless?!

Can’t pick a date and time. Unclear error messages.
