This is a joke, right?

Creating a really bad app can happen I guess. But keeping it out there for such a long time is ridiculous. Does Hertz hate its customers..? How can you not fix this as a respected company? Spend a 100k and you can have something great.

Onbruikbare app

De Hertz app is vreselijk gebruikers onvriendelijk. Je moet iedere keer opnieuw inloggen. Erg traag en geboekte huren worden niet genoemd in de app. Ook geen punten. Snap niet dat er niet een betere versie wordt geintroduceerd.

Definitely the worst app out there!

A disaster. This app is better not to install and to open. Nothing works well. It is like that Hertz need an app but do not know what an app can or should do. It is unbelievable…. A company like Hertz. They loose clients / money by this app..

Exhausting to use

I love renting with Hertz, but this app makes me want to dip myself in sulphuric acid and dissolve. Look at the ease of use at Sixt, with similar prices it’s not worth to even try anymore.

Waardeloos hopeloos en dat voor zo 'n groot bedrijf.

App vraagt telkens om update en doet verder niks?? Reservering kun je enkel bekijken maar heel weinig informatie. Loopt eigenlijk continu in een loop. En dan weer alles opnieuw invoeren. Goodbay Hertz never again.

It is bad

I love Hertz but the app is really bad. Now they mention an upgrade is available but the app does not update, just get in a loop. Please rethink it completely and make one app that makes justice to the company.

Bad app

With Hertz app you can do nothing.

Slow

Very, very, very slow app and therefore incredibly frustrating. I only keep using it because Hertz is by far my favorite car rental company, but I’m sure they’re losing potential new clients because of this app.
