This is one of the best home workout apps I’ve ever used. It has good foundation and beginner muscle gain training, videos to help you understand how to do the exercises properly and a gear system to check your progress. The only thing this app needs is more free options and workouts.

this app is amazing. without buying premium i can get some amazing workouts and a perfect plan for me, i have enjoyed this app a lot because it is very accessible for people who just want to workout at home with no equipment. i would definitely recommend it to people looking for a good home workout app!

It took me 10 minutes to get all my information down my high body weight etc etc then it asks me to pay for a plan why wouldn’t it tell you it not free at the start wast of my time

Chose free trial, charged me 30 dollars more than what you said it would cost and can’t cancel subscription by the new date
