I have to pay for this, would’ve been helpful to know before hand or add a fee to getting this app. Wasted 20 minutes for a personal plan just to find out it’s not free. You deserve this. Write back if anything I’m saying isn’t true or if there’s anything on here for free.
This app is AMAZING and I recommend it
I found it difficult to figure out the proper amount of certain exercises and I gave up on certain workouts before. Once I started using this app I found that all I had to do was remind myself to complete specific workouts each day, stay on pace with the videos, and I would be fine. The app lets you go at your own pace which is great compared to working out in a group where you have to keep up with everyone else. Eventually you can increase the intensity as you see fit. The hardest part of doing the workout is finding the motivation to start it, but this app uses a similar system to Duolingo which is great at keeping you hooked. Great app overall! There’s plenty you can get done with just the free version.
Best free workout ever
Very good app. Main app page is a little “busy” (lots of options & not very intuitive). One of the biggest drawbacks is that you can’t add pull-ups as an exercise. For some reason they think gyms don’t have pull-up bars. This is a huge oversight. It’s one of the best and most popular exercises around but you can’t log them on this app. They have plenty of exercises that require a bench and/or weights. But for some reason pull-ups is a no-go. Overall, this is a good app with lots of exercises to choose from. I’ll happily give 5 stars when the app navigation is more intuitive. Please add pull-ups to the mix.
Starting over again after 3 yr injury and I’ll say it’s good. Ads do come, so don’t be bothered if you truly care for you health.
It’s simple but a great part of my day. Thank you for having a free option. Everyone should be using this app.
I was skeptical at first, but there free plan workouts are amazing. I think i’ll pay for premium
The workouts this app makes you do is very effective and will make you get muscle quickly and the workouts will help you keep your muscle
