After getting a new phone with 18.2 iOS the cameras wouldnt connect while on WiFi only on cellular. After searching a lot I found you have to go to settings, privacy, local network and enable HomeSafe. If you’re like me and it was enabled and still not working, then you might have to disable, restart phone, and re-enable. Worked after that. Some guidance through app would be helpful!!!

Swann system no longer connects. Kicks back port error

App worked good for a while but now when you tirn your iphone/ipad it doesn’t turn?What happened?

Ios18 on iPhone and iPad lost ability to rotate to landscape. Dec 12…….open app, click upper left 3 bars, tap info, back out and VOILA…….TILL THEY FIX IT.

It’s so bad. 250 mbps download speed and this will not even load a still image without taking 10+ minutes. I thought the old version was bad but woowee have yall amazed me with how terrible you can make an app for 2024 what a joke Update: now it doesn’t work at all haha even more of a joke what a useless joke of a company

It never wants to work properly. Lagging, disconnecting, connect close, takes forever to load on 5G when it does desire to work. It’s a pain in the butt to access and use playback for recordings, playbacks, photos or getting clean views in the first place. I wish I never purchased this unit!!!!

After recent ios 18.1.1 update on iphone 15 Pro app no longer connects to cameras. Swann tech support tried but couldn’t solve the problem. This app is now useless to me. Prior to this it worked well & I loved it. I hope it can be updated to work with apple products again.

Needs to be worked on, doesn’t work properly and lags too much. Loses connection all the time
