Great game but...
Please update the game, sometimes when i click my producing buildings like dairy and bakery the would not open. I have to keep restarting the game

FIX THE GAME
After the update, some function like sending ships is not working!
Fix bugs
I like the game but it keeps freezing up, have to leave & reboot. Also when you watch advertisement it kicks you out at end of advertisement with no reward. Uses an incredible amount of power, need to plug phone in or it will die on you. Need to fix bugs in game, than maybe 5 star.
Game
Horrible. I lost my Italian restaurant and I had finished the gun shop and now it’s not finished and I lost all my glass and other things that u need to finish it. Total scam. I don’t know what happened but if it’s not fixed I’m deleting this game.
Chat
The chat is so messed up. The block on words like her, is ridiculously annoying. Can you take off the blocks and improve the chat. Thanks
Fun game but poor mods
I’d give it 5 but I can’t open the wagons or the river boat or the event and no one is replaying to me

Bonjour Je suis vraiment déçue , une chance que je n’avais paspris ma passe, cela fait plus de 24 h, que je n’ai pas accès au jeu. J’y rentre pour quelques secondes, toujours au même endroit et cela sans progression. Et le jeu est au ralenti. Et il se ferme seul après quelques secondes. Est ce que cela va être réparé très bientôt? C’est vraiment dommage, car je jouais beaucoup, est ce que je vais devoir aller voir ailleurs? Merci d’avance pour le support que vous allez nous apporter, car nous semblons être plusieurs dans ce cas. Avant j’aurai mis un 4-5 étoiles pour le jeu. Geneviève
Fun but too many downsides
Game constantly freezes during the advertisements. Have to restart game at least once each time I play. I don’t like being forced to participate in special events. There should be an option to decline participating. Takes too long to expand town when you get in the higher levels.
Where are you Enixan support team ?
There use to be a time when support team would answer you. Now they seem to just not care. Buy your Western Pass but if you have trouble, we got your money and we do not care. This game has a lot of potential but you guys are killing it, you are losing people every single day because you just don’t care. Bring back people who can help and solve issues stop ignoring us.
