Good game.
The game is great to build your own village but it is very slow. Apart from this the app has lot of glitches. I tried to help a friend but she did not receive anything and on top of that I lost my item. Also I am unable to open chats. I have to close the app and then reopen every time to view chats. There is also some serious glitch in the game, as when I am producing any product, the product is not showcasing anywhere. I have to again and again try to produce a product. Plz look into these glitches and resolve them.

Frozen game hacked FB support page
I’ve played his game for years and it’s currently frozen but there is zero customer support, the official Facebook page has an Amazon link?? I read other reviews where the develop responded and said to contact them there but you can’t!
Glitches
I have played this for several years now. Have a large CoOp of amazing participants, but we are suffering so many glitches. Myself, has lost over $130,000 coins! They just disappear! One player is having massive problems. None of us get a reply to our emails sent to the IT department for repair of the glitches. OVER FRUSTRATED!!!!!
Like the game… but.
I like this game but there doesn’t seem to be any customer service links…. I keep having “large” amounts of coin just disappear
Sensitivity of borders on fixed buildings
Can you increase the sensitivity on the borders of the Port? I placed bushes near the back right corner and cannot move them. I love this game!
