I just started playing this today, restarted numerous times only to find that every single damn time I come off the game and try to play again all my COINS, CASH AND CROPS HAVE ALLLLLL GONE!!!!!!!!!. You have just done an update so why is this happening ?????. If this can not be fixed and no one wants to get back to me saying they are fixing it then I’m just gonna delete the game and stop wasting my time 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I normally play this challenge but I don’t know what is happening. I pick a challenge collect most of the items required then they vanish and I am back to the start ver frustrating 🤨😭😤😡
I have just tried to load this game on both my laptop and iPad and on neither will it load!!!! So don’t bother with this as it’s impossible to play!!!!
As much as really love this game and so many things to do, I have become so frustrated over last few months. All the competition like product rush, product marathon, transports production etc etc, I used to get about 2 days to get as much done as possible. However this has not been the case for about 3 months now. Let’s take product rush which is on at the moment, I sign in every day but this morning was normal but when i got home from work competition only had 12 hours left. I never knew it had started as never seem to get notification which used to happen. So i will never be able to compete with the big boys and girls as they are so far up the leader board. I am sure this has something to do with the updates this game seems to have. Maybe when they do updates they check to make sure everything is working properly. Or maybe put a contact so we can help them out when there is a problem. Like I said I love this game its just cannot compete in the competitions to try and make a mark. Thank you John
I can’t get on to tasks it just keeps closing the game
Had to remove app as it did not run properly on iPad. Kept freezing And rewards not given. Kept closing itself down.
The game is ok for a western fan its needs improving as its lacking 360 rotation so you can get a good view of the place ie buildings etc roads Also I may add when clicking on the icons ship boat carts they are slow can’t get on them when you tap it takes a while to load or can’t get on at all

What is going on with this game can not watch adds in the game to prizes
I am a daily player. The weekly races calculate results incorrectly. Finish 1st place, get demoted as we did not participate… Help a friends task does not register. Just helped 3 x a friend on the same item. It deducts the product from my warehouse, it deducts my vouchers from my stash, but does not register as ‘help’ on my task for the race. We got no rewards at all last weekend for the Race of champions set up - we came first. There are more issues with the game, which I do not even mention here. Over the last year, we as a team raised this on a regular basis with the support team - it is just not getting fixed!!! This is no fun and very frustrating!
