I’ve played his game for years and it’s currently frozen but there is zero customer support, the official Facebook page has an Amazon link?? I read other reviews where the develop responded and said to contact them there but you can’t!

I have played this for several years now. Have a large CoOp of amazing participants, but we are suffering so many glitches. Myself, has lost over $130,000 coins! They just disappear! One player is having massive problems. None of us get a reply to our emails sent to the IT department for repair of the glitches. OVER FRUSTRATED!!!!!

I like this game but there doesn’t seem to be any customer service links…. I keep having “large” amounts of coin just disappear

Can you increase the sensitivity on the borders of the Port? I placed bushes near the back right corner and cannot move them. I love this game!

I’ve been playing this game but, right now I’m trying to open my archaeological site. It says I need eight packages from the post office and two envelopes. I have 14 packages in there and the two envelopes, but it will not let me have it to collect the archaeological site. Please fix this bug so I don’t have to delete the game again.

Woke up to all money ,crops ,and animals gone. My team arrives at the station first every time and yet always says we arrived last and we’re demoted Production rush and competitions do not open so I have no clue where I placed. Tasks for train station have to be repeated 2 or 3 times before they show progress, or they just disappear altogether. There are just so many problems always Always! Only getting credit for 4 out of 5 friends gifted. Always a hassle getting in touch when there is an issue. Idk how to contact anyone to ask why most of my dollars are missing this morning

Has a lot of nice features but game has way too many issues. For example, locks up out of nowhere telling you no internet connection when that is definitely not true. Also the constant ads are annoying and always trying to sell you stuff. I like to play on both my phone and iPad and even though connected by FB on both, they just don’t sync up. Said I had a free try on the Pursuit of Gangs game and stole $50 😡

Thank you for creating this beautiful game, I love it that is like a real farm with horses and buildings. I'm just not sure how to play yet

It could be a good game. Ways to increase money is very slow. The time it takes for the animals to produce takes too much time. A little rediculous
