I was trying to change the dates of my booking, the customer service is the worst I was connected to an agent Maaira and Louise She said that she send the request to the hotel to change the date of booking, which the hotel denied because the person who send the request send the request in the wrong way. The hotel refused their request since their request was wrong and had an error, At the end the hotel was able to embark my request privately without their help and changed my booking to my request. I was asking them to send another request with no help! Worst costumer service ever. I will not use Hotels.com service ever again!
Dear customer service, please review your tariff provided through your app for various hotels in Kerala. As an example, Taj Kumarakom, Kottayam, Kerala is coming up with a tariff of IRs. 124000/- plus for 7 days in Dec 2020 in your app, while it is available for IRs 80000/- in another app! It is similar for various properties in comparison. I observed this while I tried to continue a booking through Hotels.com app.
Becuse the hotel they dont accept my reservation from this website and also they catch the money from my accunt and now i wanat contact them its not possible
