I'm disappointed with the HP Smart app. It’s absolutely not user-friendly and lacks essential features. While it’s supposed to streamline managing my HP printer, it fails to deliver on basic functions. For instance, there's no option to print multiple pages per sheet, which is frustrating for anyone wanting to save paper and ink. Additionally, the app doesn't provide alerts for issues like low ink or no paper, leading to unnecessary delays. Overall, the app feels unpolished and insufficient for any professional needs, which is surprising for a product from such a reputable brand.

The scaling is so difficult because in the same time it rotates picture. Who would ever want that? Rotating should be a different comand or button. Hope that it will be solved soon, because we just bought this new printer and main reason is to print pictures for inspiration.
