The worst experience. In a couple months time not a single day it would work.

I'm disappointed with the HP Smart app. It’s absolutely not user-friendly and lacks essential features. While it’s supposed to streamline managing my HP printer, it fails to deliver on basic functions. For instance, there's no option to print multiple pages per sheet, which is frustrating for anyone wanting to save paper and ink. Additionally, the app doesn't provide alerts for issues like low ink or no paper, leading to unnecessary delays. Overall, the app feels unpolished and insufficient for any professional needs, which is surprising for a product from such a reputable brand.

Together with their poor quality, internet-based, but not working properly, this app is absolutely piece of junk. Please buy brother or any other printer than HP

Trying to print a document for my college and this horrible thing completely messes up the text and positioning of the images and he just randomly starts printing random stuff 0/10

I purchased a product but to access its basic functionality e.g. scanning need to register and login into app every time to do this. Other manufacturers don’t create such annoying experience.

Not support dark mode for iOS. Impossible to add devices for Apple Home and Smart Life, due this need to use plenty different apps, so this make life more difficult

I bought printer which is supposed to print. Never been able to install proper drivers on Mac. Forced to use your apps both for Mac and iPhone: hard to find something more confusing, demanding my attention as user, wasting my time and nerves and crashing with “try later notice”. Publish drivers and stop imagine you may develop UX friendly apps or find good outsourcer for that task(((

Not possible get drivers for PC use, customer support can’t help
