Outdated and slow
I was hoping that with this new OfficeJet printer the HP Smart App would work better, but it’s the same cumbersome and slow app as before.
App requires more thought in matching its functions with the printer
It is very frustrating that the app does not allow for double-side scanning on printer’s document feeder, especially when this was one of the key reasons why I bought this HP printer. App developer needs to put in more thought into ensuring that users have access to the full functions of the printer via the app. If not, user has to spent an inordinate amount of time performing task that are not required. For example, making us take 30 mins to scan a 50-page document (double-sided) when it could have been done in 3 mins. Really hope HP would fix this issue ASAP. Or else, please don’t call this app ‘HP Smart’ because to many users it is simply ‘HP Stupid’.

HP easy ink is such an affordable offering. Great mobile app and easy to use system. Overall it’s really awesome product from HP.

M111W can’t do double sided prints with ios
I bought this printer with the intention of doing manual double sided prints. Disappointed i am unable to.
setup with the mobile app not well tested
the wizard goes into searching without asking for any wireless info after selecting Wifi to connect, how the heck is it supposed to find anything from the phone after it setup completion, the printer still couldn’t print the first time I did it. not sure what the error was but I did a hard reset and tried a second time, this time using the HP Direct wireless first most importantly it seems to ask for a login every time I print????
Cannot move away screen while printing
In this era, app should be able to allow user to live to do other meaningful stuff while printing is conducted. Will be painful not being able ti use phone when print a big document.
Waste of my money
I buy two time already 2 time also don’t kno how to use…don’t have one easy way to use…this is my second time buying this Hp product and I last time to buy..I we don’t buy hp product anymore..2 time also waste of my money.fk
