Disappointing
Now you can’t just print on your printer, you have to register an account, provide your full name and address, and subscribe for ink delivery! And they give you the subscription information based on your geo location, so if I’m in Lithuania now, I have to read it and accept it in Lithuanian language, which of course I can’t understand. Otherwise you just can’t print anything other than sheet saying “Printer setup incomplete”. This is nonsense and fraud!
Keep away from this company
So i bought printer for 60€. To use printer i have to have hp smart app and buy monthly subscription. If you dont buy monthly subscription you can’t print. 😂 so if you are like me who usses printer 1-3 times a year dont buy hp products and dont sign subscription comnitment with this app. Becouse custummer support is dealling with querry 2-4 working days..

Great app to connect older HP printer
Thank’s HP for this. I managed to connect my old MFP through WiFi router. If app is not locating your printer, simply print config report from printer and then add printer manually through the app selecting option to put in IP.
