We had 2 meals so far and are extremely disappointed Cin Cin Mediterranean - very poor service, the soup & stir fry beef was served cold, I was asked to wear close toe shoes when they were allowing people with slippers to wine room and on asking they mentioned because he paid extra for that. They could have been be courteous to allow people with sandals as main Buffet was closed on Sundays. Carnival Cafe - At 8.30 in the morning you have to wait for 30 mins to be seated and lots of dishes were empty- I would say very poorly managed This is below standard for the resort dream

Overall I really enjoyed staying here at Dreams Jade Resort. The highlight for us was the many beautiful swimming pools and bridges. The pools were heated and that is rare to find in a resort. There are beach tables and umbrellas to provide shade. The service was good and activity team was great. Another impressive point was this resort grooms the beach from seaweed and these days not an easy task with climate change as there is a lot of seaweed making its way onto the beach. Overall the evening shows were pretty good and the atmosphere here was really fun and friendly. If I was to make any changes here I would add a steakhouse and seafood restaurant that offers many different surf and turf options. Any restaurant that serves lobster would be my number one choice. My second choice would be a chicken and rib restaurant featuring jerk chicken and different flavors of ribs with garlic potatoes and roasted vegetables… yummy! This resort seams a little older and could be renovated, we had a few issues with water damage and what not but the maintenance team worked pretty fast to accommodate

Too noisy to sleep. Loud traffic, door to hallway has gaps around. Doors to balcony do not seal. Traffic from main street is constant; sirens, air breaks, loud engines. Hallway is an open balcony allowing every sound to get in.

2nd Time staying here in 2 months and I must say Service was excellent rooms extremely clean food unbelievably good and all the staff catered to us, like we were long time friends… Thank You to All

Never could properly order items

The app rarely works and the staff can’t book anything for you without the app. Either fix your app or have an alternative way to book things in the hotel.

Limited food variety and availability. Buffet was very weak during lunch time. No snack or food available between breakfast, lunch and dinner. While sutting outside and enjoying view couldn’t order or have any food. Instead we were referred to room srvice! However we didn’t want to be in our room. We found it a weak all inclusive. We were chalenged to have a easy good time

You can do almost everything with the app except get a tan 😎 One suggestion would be to post the daily sundial, to the Sunscape Puerto Plata location in particular.

The food was amazing the people were absolutely amazing the ones that stood out were Gayler and Angel,(Mexican Chocolate), provided some amazing workouts in Zumba and aquatic fitness they also had this amazing Zumba instructor so good!!! Quite honestly I was reluctant to come back to Mexico but after coming to dreams Jade I will go nowhere else!! So good
