这个软件需要配套的硬件，说实话要掌握不容易，可惜软件里的介绍没有中文。

I do not have much good things to say. I have used Heartmath since 2018 and during this six year. I purchased four devices each of them lost it some over year some less than a year the devices are very expensive and they almost doubled in price by now, but the quality of the device and the quality of the app are very low and unless you’re ready to pay 200+ dollars a year every year do not consider purchasing this device

I love the app but I can’t track my history not choose a mood. If I do, it crashes right away! Other than that, it’s a great app. Hopefully someday this issue will be resolved (it originally did not crash many years ago).
