When opening the app, I wish my ear buds would appear. It takes a while before I can make any adjustments.

Sound quality is terrible, very hard to hear the person on the other end. Keeps disconnecting out the blue.no where near the quality I expected
Bad Earbuds
My earbuds won’t stay charged. After I downloaded the app and undated my earbuds they started acting funny. The left bud don’t hold a charge, the case don’t hold a charge soon as the right earbud go dead the case is dead. I didn’t have these problems until I downloaded the app and updated the earbuds software.

These are the worst headphones ever I encourage everybody not to pay a freaking dime for this garbage
The left ear piece stopped working
I initially loved it. 4 months later, the left ear piece stopped charging and connecting. I have to constantly blow in the charging station to connect and charge it. I resulted into using my gaming headset in the meantime until Apple comes out with their new earbuds so I can finally buy it. Also, yes, I cleaned the earbuds and the charging case…it doesn’t work. I feel like I’m dealing with a disabled headset. It’s horrible
