The flexibility to have preset EQ to an individual’s taste of music is a good ad ons, however, the app often crashed and have difficulties in recognising the existence device (Flip 6) and sometimes can’t even connect at all despite the multiple attempts and basic trouble shooting steps. This app needs to be fixed to retain JBL’s customer.

Facing connectivity issues, each time I have to turn off the speaker and reconnect. I am unable even add my product.

Please make it available for MacBook too..thnx

They told Flip 6 will give 12hrs of playtime but it doesn’t give more than 6 hrs.

An excellent product for music lovers to own.

Best in class!

Can’t view connected devices. No settings to avoid the speaker going to sleep while on battery power. Can’t turn on the party mode through the app. Can’t switch on or off the speaker through the app. And no voice commands. These are basic features someone needs in this year 2024. This app in not capable of any other that an equaliser and changing the name of the device. Simply a wastage of storage space.

Every time it’s asking me to unpair and pair device .. I’m using JBL Xtreme 3
