Can’t view connected devices. No settings to avoid the speaker going to sleep while on battery power. Can’t turn on the party mode through the app. Can’t switch on or off the speaker through the app. And no voice commands. These are basic features someone needs in this year 2024. This app in not capable of any other that an equaliser and changing the name of the device. Simply a wastage of storage space.

Every time it’s asking me to unpair and pair device .. I’m using JBL Xtreme 3

Please add support jbl flip essential 2, App is not detecting this speaker

Please add JBL GO 3 also in the list so that I can add my GO3

Wow, how could you exclude Clip support? How should I turn off these annoying turn on/off, bluetooth connection sounds?

Even when i am connected through BT and listening to music, the app simply can’t detect the device which is absurd.

Hi, kindly check the bug. The app is stuck on the initial orange screen after installing. Not at all able to use the app on iPhone.

Is flip essential 2 not support this app ?

Literally saying, it doesn’t recognize speaker most of the time when u open it while playing songs. Then you restart speaker and it connects to the app. App itself takes hell lot of time to connect with speaker. No functionality in app like UE BOOM app to switch speaker on/off from app. JBL app developers should work on this app. Its one of the worst app i have encountered on app store. PS: I use Iphone.

Hi team, I really love JBL speaker it’s sound is awesome but some how I’m unable to open app on ios . It’s getting stuck at Bluetooth permission screen . When I go to settings I don’t see option to provide Bluetooth permission.
