JBL Portable

I got connected once it was great but, otherwise trash! Why can’t I connect? I don’t know. I’m sure that everybody that isn’t JBL or one of the creators is gonna agree! Like for the level of the speakers that is just out of this world they coud have done a better yob!!!:( Please fix it!

The app is saying “getting things ready” and nothing happens, after that it says that the connection is unsuccessful. I tried everything, from reseting speaker to reinstalling app and so on, and nothing works. It just doesn’t want to connect!

Connection with Xtreme not working.

When can we expect the update, in which we can connect charge 4 and partybox together?

Well, it is not connecting to my Boombox from my Xs iphone (ios 12.4)..

When can we expect upgrade to connect+ protocol for the JBL Xtreme or should I just throw it away? It is not connectable with other JBL speakers on newer protocol 😠

This app consistently fails to connect to my JBL Pulse 5, even while playing directly from my iPhone. This wouldn’t be a big a deal, save for the fact that the Pulse 5 has limited physical buttons and heavily relies on this app to maximize functionality. At the time of this review the Pulse 5 is the most current product, using the most current iPhone for streaming.

JBL has to fix the connection issue between the app and the speakers on my phone it shows it’s connected to Bluetooth but on the app it can’t recognize its own product.
