App freezes upon opening after installing. Can’t use it at all.

App doesn’t allow to choose a store, keeps bouncing me out, and drill downs say sorry nothing here’ for every category I choose

I was only able to go in the app once and the only problem that time was slow searching. Now whenever I try I get stuck at an image with the next button but I cannot click on it, it does nothing.

I just downloaded this app, I have been using android Version for quite awhile on my phone. On the iPad, the item descriptions do not fit on the display. They are cut Off on the right side so you can't read the last few words. On the plus side I do like being able to "shop my store"

This app has been unusable for over a year, no matter the updates. At best, something will show up on screen when the app is open, but it’s all frozen. At home? Frozen upon opening. In store? Frozen upon opening. On WiFi? Frozen upon opening. Cell signal? Frozen upon opening. Uninstalling/reinstalling doesn’t fix anything. Don’t waste your time with this one.

Thought it was just me, guess not :/ Added items to cart, glitched repeatedly trying to check out, then everything disappeared/ sorta/ if I add anything, it pops up that I have 28 things in my cart until I go to my cart and it says zero. Happened 7 times over the past 24 hrs. Ugh. Going to try website as suggested. *fingers crossed*

This is the buggiest, most aggravating app. Even when I’m shopping in a Joann store, connected to their guest WiFi, it fails. Just use Safari and access the website through a browser.

This app never works like it should and I can’t search categories. When I put something in the search bar it doesn’t work.

I drove to the store specifically to purchase an item that the app displayed as “in stock.” It wasn’t. I’ve never been able to open the app in the store. The wheel goes around and around and around. I was hopeful when I loaded it. Now, I’m just disappointed.

I love Joann! From the clearance section on fabrics to the discounts and coupons! I do want to make the app developer aware that the rewards has a bug. There was a spend $50 get save $10 and the first time I noticed it didn’t work after spending $100 I figured it needed to load since the next day I went back, there were no pending rewards and I spent another $60 that day figuring if it didn’t go the the first time, it would work this time. But I went back today, and still no rewards! Luckily I’m here so often the lovely staff recognizes me and know I came in recently spending the ‘goal’ so they were able to do it manually, but some people are too shy to bring up such things! Hope you see this and fix it!
