First review ever
This is my first review of an app. Ever. I’ve used this app for a few years now. I used to be able to create folders to separate my passwords between work and home, I welcomed the use of Touch ID to login, appreciated the different upgrades and so on. And when you offer a feature that was available when it was free, and suddenly remove it, you just lost me. Even deleting folders can’t be done, when I created it in your previous version? Try to click bait me into buying your upgrade version like Candy Crush? Wow. You have sunk low. And you lost me.
All data deleted
I changed my email address. When I checked my credentials and data, it was all gone! Deleted! Tried several times and sent a report, no one contacted me, yet in their website it says, 24x7 support. Had I known that the app will do this, I did not change my email address. The least the app could do, is to notify the user that when you change the email add, all data will be deleted. Unfortunately, no notification was given. Now, I need to change all my passwords!
