What a pity, what a mess ! Total disappointment for what stands a premium UK hi-fi brand and more than a grand! Connectivity is a total disaster bringing nothing more than headache. AirPlay keeps on failing pushing you to endless resets and reconnections…

Absolutely shameful pairing system and pretty limited and terrible app overall. Definitely a mistake to buy these speakers.

Finally everything is fixed. 3 updates on one week. Maybe a staging environment would be a better way to test new code on devices.

FINALLY! Finally a working update. Givin u 3/5 because you need to keep on working on this. It is unacceptable for such a high end product to have a so cheap app design. Keep on the good work.

Sinds laatste update kan kef control app niet meer gebruikt worden op iOS . Dit is erg lastig , ik vind dit een beetje schandalig voor speakers van deze prijs het geluid is beter dan sonos maar de software is zeer slecht en zelfs onbruikbaar op het moment .

Perfect sound quality....but the apps, yes you need 2 apps, are sad for a brand like Kef. OK better a sad app than sad sound but for Euro 1200 you might expect better.

Très facile d’utilisation et intuitif, petit dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de possibilité de customiser en profondeur un réel egaliseur. Quoi qu’il en soit, le son des LSX est juste excellent et impressionnant ! Friendly app. Just a shame the app lack about a true equalizer. Anyway, the quality of the LSX are perfect and impressive !

I’ve had these speakers for two years, kept up with the software updates, and they are still a nightmare of trial and error to connect to. All I can assume is the company truly doesn’t care. I got them free as part of my company’s rewards program. They’re not even worth free. The sound quality is great but they should pay me for all the lost hours I’ve spent trying to connect via bluetooth. KEF, it’s time to stop hiring the CEO’s 15 year-old nephew to write the software and hire a real programmer. Stop sending me offers to buy your other speakers, I’ll never buy another pair until you fix the crap you already have out there.
