Great speakers, very bad app. After newest update you cant even use app because its shutdown itself. Great job!

Well recently bought KEF LSX, the speakers are great but the joy and happines of using them is just ruined by the app. I spent several hours to make use of it, I changed my router to 5GHz (only) as it is recommended, the app does not recognize my network. Changing back to 2,4GHz and 5GHz, works, the network is visible. My speakers are connected but the app does not see them. Speaker for hefy sum of EUR with an app which is not worth a penny.

I work in software QA and I can only say that this app is completely unacceptable garbage. There are so many cases where the app randomly disconnects or is just 100% out of sync and fails to reconnect. It's slow and sluggish. Right now I am unable to control the speakers through my phone for example. The app shows Bluetooth connected, the speakers are on Spotify connect. Sadly, neither BT nor Spotify connect actually work. If I use the remote, switching to BT at least makes BT work, but the app seems to have deadlocked on BT. I have the KEF LSX and those are great speakers, it's just a real shame that this app is such a desaster. And when u think that this is bad, just check their other streaming app...

I’ve had my awesome LS50W for a year now and I’m amazed by how terrible both of your apps are. Tidal is close to useless. You have to know exactly what you want to hear. App is unresponsive like 50% of time. Terrible app that goes with awesome hardware.

Works fine with LSX. Not sure why there are two negatives, I don’t have any problem with this app.

I’ve had these speakers for two years, kept up with the software updates, and they are still a nightmare of trial and error to connect to. All I can assume is the company truly doesn’t care. I got them free as part of my company’s rewards program. They’re not even worth free. The sound quality is great but they should pay me for all the lost hours I’ve spent trying to connect via bluetooth. KEF, it’s time to stop hiring the CEO’s 15 year-old nephew to write the software and hire a real programmer. Stop sending me offers to buy your other speakers, I’ll never buy another pair until you fix the crap you already have out there.

Great speaker, great sound Let down so badly by crap software and an awful interface It’s so hard to try connect to these speakers - the KEF control is appalling … why you even need it is beyond me
