I recently made a reservation for a penthouse at Arterra through Klook, eagerly anticipating a luxurious and memorable experience. Unfortunately, my stay fell far short of expectations, leaving me with a sense of disappointment and dissatisfaction. To my surprise, upon checking in, I was assigned room 12AL instead of the two rooms I had booked and were clearly mentioned as 12AC and 12AD in the receipt provided by Klook. This discrepancy immediately set the tone for a less-than-ideal stay, as I had specifically chosen the penthouse for its spaciousness and the comfort it was supposed to offer to accommodate my needs. Regrettably, the room I received was a far cry from what I had originally reserved. It lacked the desired amenities and space that I had anticipated, and the overall ambiance was underwhelming. This stark contrast between the promised and delivered accommodations left a sour taste in my mouth, as I had hoped for a memorable experience that would justify the premium price I paid. Moreover, another notable issue arose with the hotel's handling of my contact details. Despite providing accurate information during the booking process, it seems that Klook failed to sent my contact details correctly. This oversight further compounded the frustration and inconvenience I experienced during my stay, as it hindered effective communication and resolution of the issues at hand. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances and occasional mistakes can occur in the hospitality industry, it is disheartening when they negatively impact a guest's experience. I had high hopes for Arterra and its penthouse offerings, but unfortunately, this particular stay left much to be desired. In conclusion, my experience at Arterra fell short of expectations in several key aspects. The discrepancy between the reserved rooms and the one received, coupled with the mishandling of my contact details, resulted in a disappointing and unsatisfactory stay. I hope that the management of Arterra takes note of these concerns and takes appropriate measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future, ensuring that guests receive the accommodations and service they rightfully expect and deserve.

雖然不是第一次定KLOOK,之前的使用經驗都很棒… 但我這次第一次使用取消行程,讓我非常不滿意!!!我因為家人生病無法參加行程,我覺得很可惜!!退款要賠上40%的政策我也很清楚,但是我七天前,就提出申請了,申請後覺得沒有進度就找了客服,第一位客服跟我說明完退款政策後一分鐘就消失了,經過五天我看依然沒有取消成功,就又聯絡了一次,第二位客服跟我說我沒有回應「確認」,我心想哪裡有叫我確認....真的傻眼,我在這五天也不斷提出取消申請,系統依然沒有說我沒「確認」這個字眼,消費者仰賴的如果只有人工的客服,而且又只有一分鐘時間給於回答那要這個退款按鈕做什麼?KLOOK身為這麼大的品牌,取消機制竟然長這樣,讓我有點不敢恭維!
