One thing I love about this app is its ability to suggest personalized recommendations based on my interests and preferences. Quite easy to operate. Detailed information including instructions, inclusions, exclusions, and support services are quick and helpful compared to other online services aggregators.

I believe this review helps others to be more careful with this Klook application. I wish I could give ZERO Star if I get option. One should never use Klook application for any activity bookings. Mainly The combo ones. They just simply stop showing the slot all in sudden. If you them ask to customer care they says it is subject to availability (but surprisingly I was able to book the same activity on same day from different application. I am not sure how it is subject to Availability on Klook) and when it comes to refund policy, they said you partially reserved slot (not actually consumed the slot) for other activity in combo, we cannot cancel the booking/no refund. And you will end up with wasting money for other activity. The term ACTIVATED should be considered only when at least one of the activity is completed by the person not just by reserving it. Tourists will not be able to book whenever they have slots (as they will be residing in Singapore or such countries for a week or so). It will be disappointing for us (loosing money and cannot enjoy the activity with such bugs or inabilities to handle such requests. (Mainly combos). People like us will be spending all money on such attractions by giving up on food for one time a day just to cover up attractions. And this ended up wasting money and just getting the responses like sorry for the inconvenience we cannot help you with this. This is totally disappointing. Best option is to visit the place 30 min prior and book it from kiosk directly instead of loosing dollars here which is earned with all the blood and sweat.

I purchased a 3 attraction pass plus universal studios on a single so called value pass but they charged me more than buying the individual passes. I don’t know how it’s called a value deal as it did not allow me to use promo codes either. Be very careful before purchasing value deals as they are such a sham!
