雖然不是第一次定KLOOK，之前的使用經驗都很棒… 但我這次第一次使用取消行程，讓我非常不滿意！！！我因為家人生病無法參加行程，我覺得很可惜！！退款要賠上40%的政策我也很清楚，但是我七天前，就提出申請了，申請後覺得沒有進度就找了客服，第一位客服跟我說明完退款政策後一分鐘就消失了，經過五天我看依然沒有取消成功，就又聯絡了一次，第二位客服跟我說我沒有回應「確認」，我心想哪裡有叫我確認....真的傻眼，我在這五天也不斷提出取消申請，系統依然沒有說我沒「確認」這個字眼，消費者仰賴的如果只有人工的客服，而且又只有一分鐘時間給於回答那要這個退款按鈕做什麼？KLOOK身為這麼大的品牌，取消機制竟然長這樣，讓我有點不敢恭維！

Case 1. Due to safety issue, I ask the platform check the local fleet the license plate, at the end the platform can’t check and said they will give me some point for replacement. Case 2. Due to weather issue, flight had been cancelled and I updated a new flight, however the clerk said the flight is just delayed and refused to change information for me. Eventually the flight did really canceled and I did provide alll information. Case 3. Booked a pick up service at the same day, but unexpectedly the address had been recognized as my next door hotel, that I want to correct the information, and the clerk can’t revise it again. Soooooo….i don’t think it’s a good platform for regular travelers
