The service was really good, practical and efficient. My only suggestion would be that the client should know the weight of the laundry bag before or while pick up because we found out too late and got charged extra. However it was a lifesaver.
Both pickup and delivery have always been on time. The app overall is very user-friendly and the service is excellent.

LAUNDRYHEAP is brilliant, I can’t believe I haven’t used it before. It’s so easy, the collection and drop off is always on time. There are lots of fad apps around but this definitely isn’t one and is 100% worth the money. Thank you!
Very quick to collect, very nice driver. I’ll update the review once I get the clean clothes tomorrow :) Update: clothes arrived in time and not any missing items which is good. However, the clothes arrived with a not clean smell and not folded, which other apps offer too for the same price. I’ll go to other place as I didn’t pay to spend my day cleaning my clothes again and folding them. I don’t know what products were used, probably none. Other apps let you chose products used, which is the least since you are paying.

Customer services a joke They don’t call u when there is an issue the first you no about the issue is when they reschedule your delivery They reschedule for a hole in clothing that’s part of the design it’s pathetic and u can’t contact them to resolve Joke of a company !!!!!!! Do not use !!!!!!
