The app is convenient and easy to use. Not much difficult encountered except the address was a bit wrong for my house but nothing much to worry about their customer service was fast to resolve it.

Used the app a few times, and it’s so easy to use and the service responses really quickly as well. Highly recommended!

So you know there’s always these shirts that’s just…so darn hard to iron, no matter how advanced your iron is, with or without steam function, how long you press, the folds/wrinkles just doesn’t seem to smooth away. Plus I hate ironing and also don’t have the time, so I contacted Laundryheap and problem solved. They made it way too easy - pick them up and return them a day later - easy breezy! No hidden fees as well, so thanks Laundryheap!

The service was provided professionally, the app was easy to navigate and the turnaround time is quite fast. This is a laundry dream.

Easy to use and everything went accordingly

i recently tried Laundryheap and was impressed with their systematic process and service. will definitely be using them going forward!

The app could be improved. It has some dark patterns that make it difficult to e.g. type messages to support (they disabled spellcheck and autocomplete) or may lead to bill shock (such as the selection between mixed and non-mixed wash only bags). Service is okay but could be better. Sometimes they will see a stain and ask for confirmation before proceeding with laundry. If you don’t answer straight away, this can mean that you only get your laundry a day later, which is very frustrating. When picking up laundry they often also ignore the labels and then they will also ask you to ‘confirm’ which laundry bag requires which service. Again, if you don’t reply in time then you’ll get your laundry back later than scheduled.
