Laundryheap: On-Demand Laundry

Great service; excellent communication; staff professional.

This is the first time we’ve used Laundryheap and it was a great experience. Staying in a hotel in London after a 11 day tour we had lots of clothes to wash. We were told of Laundryheap here at the hotel and we were nervous to use them as we were leaving London in a few days. We used the app to select wash and dry and put them in a laundry bag from the hotel and left it at reception in the morning. We were advised each step from driver on the way to laundry picked up to the next day laundry delivered. We got our clothes back the next afternoon all washed and smelling delightful. Will definitely use them again. Well Done Laundryheap. Good job 👍

We researched for laundry service as we were on a bus tour. This was a great option pickup and drop off wash and dry at a reasonable price.

Laundry Aok except missing 3 ankle socks. I had 6 pairs of socks in bag to be laundered. Only 4 pairs and 1 odd one returned in bag today. Don’t expect to see these again. 🥲 Thanks, Linda D Room 712 St. Giles Hotel, London

The days of hotels ripping people off for laundry are numbered! Used the Laundryheap app while in Singapore and was very impressed with the end to end communication, tracking and care taken in washing and drying. Will use again on my next trip.

First time I’ve used LaundryHeap in Singapore and the quality of the dry cleaning is excellent. Pick up and drop off was smooth and very easy to plan around with the driver tracking.

First time I used these guys they lost a pair of pants, communication difficult. Second time, I give them the benefit of a doubt, they shrink the shirt despite note saying to not hot dry. No replacement, no replies to correspondence. They intentionally make communication very difficult so you give up. Do not use Laundryheap for your own peace of mind, just use the hotel service.

We used this service while on holiday in Manchester. We got a notice that our laundry w as not delivered on the day expected and that it would be delivered a day later, after we left the UK. This app provides no way of contacting anyone except by chat and we got no useful help from that. We left the country without our laundry! My strong advice is to leave your laundry somewhere that has some more reliable means of contacting them (eg phone number or address) and you might get your laundry back.

First time using Laundryheap and the pick service was good.

LAUNDRYHEAP is brilliant, I can’t believe I haven’t used it before. It’s so easy, the collection and drop off is always on time. There are lots of fad apps around but this definitely isn’t one and is 100% worth the money. Thank you!
