it is great product but the dehumidifier led display is always at full brightness and please add a night or sleep mode to turn off the unnecessary brightness from the display.

Need to restart the app more than 3 times to show something is connected. Just waiting on for this LG product to get damaged so i can change all the set from TV to everything and never gonna get any thing from this company.

Please fix it.

Completely useless. Logged out from no reason. And could not connect back to app even wifi linked all along. Absolutely rubbish.

LG dehumidifier is my first LG product to use. I start to use it around 2 years ago and it is a good one. The thinQ app adds value to the product since it controls the appliance at my will, turn it on off remotely, and very importantly let me know the electricity usage info (daily, weekly, monthly, annually. Discrete and accumulative). That is a great one.

Recently they show a Warranty banner on each device. BUT the app required user MANUALLY input the model number and Serial number in the warranty section, meanwhile, both info already displayed in device information, what? when uploading receipt, only image supported, ignoring the fact that most user got a digital receipt in PDF format now a day? and IOS user can not upload the file from Files, only Take Photos and Album allowed.

When I bought the Dehumidifier, the app worked just fine , however, the app kept showing the device was not connected wi-fi less than a week of purchase and post-update. I am disappointed as I’ve been trying to reconnect after deleting the app, and logging in again for 2 days now/ I even tried logging in from my iPad , and the same issue persists. Contacted support but no one has reached out(perhaps it’s the weekend) but still. I expected more. Update: After a few days, I can now access the app and will try to connect once again!
