1st attempt connected to refrigerator. Made it to 99%. Froze. Deleted app. Restarted phone. Tried different devices. Can’t get past initial set up screen. Trash app

The app no longer responds, and there are frequent server timeouts. It’s functionally useless at this point.

I just want to use the remote sometimes when I can to find it. Why do you people have to make it so hard? Why do you need my location when all you need is my phone and tv being on the same WiFi network?!

I logged in and created an account to see what this is about and was not interested. I looked around how to remove my account on the app and there is no way to delete my account even though Apple App Store policies require that. I will report it to apple. I tried the LG chat bot and every time I would ask on how to delete account it would close the chat.

this app is really convenient for me only half of the time when i use it as a remote for my tv. there are a few small bugs with the keyboard and other features, but my biggest problem is the listen privately feature to play the tv sound through your mobile device’s output. it should make it more convenient except you literally have to keep the app open at all times to use the feature. if i try to watch a movie through my phone’s speaker i can’t have it off and still play the audio, like my web browser and music apps do! please consider fixing this and making it more convenient for the users.

Overall this apps have made my kitchen appliances more efficient and stress free.

I have an LG G4 linked in the same wifi network at my home. Both my phone and tv are in the 5G band. I was able to connect to the tv using bluetooth but cannot find my TV in thinq app. I was even able to get my oven connected in thinq but not the tv. Totally garbage

Was good for a long time. Some days it works and someways it don’t.
