Why you deduct 3 Dhs. , you stop the order .... if you did not want to deliver the medicine... why you accept the order and deduct the amount You steal and cheat the costumers ... if you want to suspend the order why you accept it

I texted the my city center branch asking about medication anti inflammatory and i asked if its prescription only, they never answered and said u can take voltaren which is analgesic and not related to my question they also ignore messages and when i called they cancelled and never called me back.

Very bad service i make order and give me 1 to 3 hours until next day no one come or even call What happened if some one have emergency situation

Very pathetic service from your team…i ordered an item and i used instant delivery option but I don’t get the delivery on time and wasting my precious time.

application is too slow to load the products and sometimes it doesn't load at all

I bought my Trister gluco meter set and Concor plus 5 at the Life Pharmacy across Carrefour in Al Ghurair Mall in Al Rigga last Tuesday, July 16. I would like to commend Ms. Zaiba’s EXCELLENT service and patience in explaining how the equipment works. Her joyful disposition and “go the extra mile service” really made my day! Life Pharmacy is very lucky to have an employee like her!
