In marseille the scooters definitely need more maintenance, but in berlin they are on point. If they improve the pricing it would be better, since the minutes pass pressure into really thinking about a stop sign. Might not be the safest option

Wish more sizes were available for people on the petite side. Impossible for me to ride one without falling. If you are a man of average height and weight go for it. Not recommended for shorter and petite people. Borderline dangerous as control is very difficult on stopping and braking.

Limited areas where you can use the scooters and to park it. if someone locked the scooter in invalid area and you tried to unlock it will unlock but then you’ll be used to take it to the valid area instead of your destination!!!

Amazing way to get around. A bit slippery while raining, other than that it’s great!

Unlocked a scooter and didn't work and it was fully charged and I was charged for nothing.

I was just walking down the street, and all of a sudden I found the bicycle. I stopped , read all, easily went through the process in seconds.i strongly recommend the ride to anybody who wanna ease the stress.please do it cuz you won’t get the feeling unless you do. Great job .

So the scooter wouldn’t go. Throttle, battery, no go zone - how would I know. The refund? 50% off my next ride. That’s lame. Paid $6 to stand on a brick.

Very simple to ride easier than a bike!
