Very bad service and unfair terms and conditions! They suspend a pay user without providing reason! Besides, it is extreme expansive and low service coverage compare with other local scooter providers. Just avoid! I complained their battery changing policy and they suspended my 200 minutes pass(costs 20euro), and provided me a 4.5 euro “one-time-courtesy” refund while I just used only 40 mins(and half of the time was used to help them change battery, which is free as they stated). They leverage users to do their maintenance work then punish them! I complained to to customer service but only get chatgpt-like responds. Besides, compare to other local scooter providers, their price is extreme high and coverage is low. For example, The pass i bought was stated to cover all French, however, they do not provide service even in Lyon!

I rented twice,it took 40 minutes to return for the first time,and it took 20 minutes to return for the second time.

Expensive than Uber, and when parking space full, you need try to find available parking space waste time and they continue to charge you. Bad service and unreasonable charges.
