Même si j'ai un iPhone ça veut pas dire nécessairement que j'utilise iTunes... J'utilise YouTube Music mais il est impossible d'importer à partir de YouTube Music donc on est obligé de s'en passer parce que jveux rien savoir de iTunes et c'est payé cher pour un produit que l'application propose qu'une seule option! 😤😤😤

this app used to have a sunset/sunrise timer option, so you could gradually increase the brightness over time, they removed that and now it’s just on/off

The App when it loses the wifi you have issues reconnecting. I have tried all information provided and still cannot get the app to join the wifi. No issues for other product in the house.

I work for a software company so I can be picky. As it is, the app is just functional. You can control the devices and set them up. Two things get under My skin: I have multiple light controllers in a room and created scenes: night, dawn, morning, day and evening. These are only controlling WW/CW leds. 1: there is no way to trigger a scene from a timer eg Dawn @ 0530. Night @ 2200. 2: if you edit the CCT of a scene it resets back to the center and full power. You have to experiment and write down the settings on a piece of paper…

I’ve had these lights for a long time now and I haven’t had an issue since. Periodically my LED lights would disconnect from the app and I would have to reconnect them which would have no issue. However, I’m now having issues connecting it repeatedly. The app refuses to connect to my phone and the lights regardless of how many times I reset both of them. I lost all my light set ups, including just being able to turn them on and off remotely. I would not recommend this app whatsoever due to the complications it has had now for several weeks.

App is out of date, timer option for my lights never works, constantly getting errors, deleted app and reinstalled, lost all my light setups.

The app widget to have on the home screen is no longer there and there is no option for it anymore after the IOS update.. please fix this! Thank you.

The app is difficult to set up, but that is the least of the troubles. Once on your network, it will drop constantly. When it is “functioning” the colours are washed out and the animations barely register. Very disappointing.

Not connect at all on apps ,remote not working stays on blue light for 1 moy can’t control at all

I have a remote at least that works perfectly. But it would be nice to better customize the lights. But the app doesn’t do anything. I know it’s not the light strip because I used them with another controller and the lights can be fully customized.
