The timer is unable to load all the time, so that function cannot be used at all, also the wifi connection fails too even after doing everything the app and the manual said. Please correct these functions ASAP.

I have bought the Magic Home LED Strip Controller but after a couple hours of being used the app says, the device is offline, and it is just flashing. I think it is a bug in the Magic Home Pro app, because if I remove the device from the app, and add it again it works fine again for a couple of hours, but after that the device is offline again

Any time I connect a led strip to the WiFi, the app says disconnected

Update: Firmware update resolved issues! ————- Two stars as the bulbs worked fine for few days. After that remote server is offline all the time making Alexa integration unusable. Sad because the bulbs are great.

Having my phone updated to ios13, I can no longer discover the device while connected to it’s wifi. Please fix. Otherwise the app is pretty good. It would be nice if the presets remembered the white settings too on the same page.

The app works very well but I have a little problem which is used in the Alexa app and it is Routines. With routines I can turn the lights on/ott but I cannot change the colors of the LED because it changes back instantly. So for example the "Alexa, start my day" function is not working because it cannot change it's color. I hope it will be fixed later. Thank you, Have a great day!

I like the way that you have to connect this controller to your smart network. My only problem is that there is no rainbow cycle effect for digital led strips. I only like this one, can you do this for us? Thank you!
