It used to be good but along time it started getting bad now I can’t control anything that I already had on it

My wireless company sent a new router and the bulbs want me to connect to a non existent network. It keeps saying connecting in the app and won’t allow anything else except to connect to the old network name. Be sure your network doesn’t change or your bulbs will go nuts!!

5 ghz WiFi sometimes causes issues though not always. Use 2.5ghz for better functionality.

Any product that requires this app specifically lights, are going to be bad. I highly recommend spending money elsewhere. These lights truly have a mind of their own and will not do basic functions. They refuse to stay connected to WiFi, they will blink at random times, the lights never stay connected to the actual app, the timers do not work. Based off being woken up by these lights just now by rapid blinking, the only good thing about these lights is that they were given to me and that I didn’t pay for them. Straight in the trash. P.S. China is a horrible country.

App doesn’t connect to wifi then won’t find globes . Why dose it have to be so hard .!!!?

I really don’t like this. It causes so much frustration and it isn’t good.i try to connect the app to my lights via WiFi and it doesn’t work. Pls send help

it wants me to set up the device through this app, but the device’s wifi network won’t come up. i tried to reset my lights by unplugging and plugging it back in three times but it doesn’t work. there’s no advice for what to do when this happens, so i can’t change the color of my lights at all. don’t recommend, just get one with a normal controller

I brough my light to another house and it didn’t work I tried deleting the light bulb at that house and now the light is stuck on white and I cannot reset it by turning it off and on again and again it just won’t reset please help I’m not trying to give you a bad rating I’ve had this bulb for a while and it’s been working flawless until I took it out of my house and away from my Wi-Fi

My led has rgb and cct and i can’t use both features in the new version

The app is good and you can set up many different scenes for holidays and events. My issue is that every night at midnight, the outdoor scenes turn off. If I wake up and note they are off, I have to turn the lights back on again. It does not matter which scene. Every night at midnight the lights go off.
