The app worked perfectly the first time and then after entering the wifi password it stopped working completely and wouldn’t let me connect to the wifi - it wouldn’t show up at all on the wifi list again! I followed the reset steps for the switch, strip, my wifi and even reset the router and nothing. And even created another account to login with!

When I first started it up , everything was going good until one day it just decided to stop working, I don’t know if it was the lights that stopped working or the app..

It was a really quick set up and allows me to sinc it with my music. Anyways.I’ve seen people commenting that they can’t connect the device to the wifi. If you follow the instruction on the mini book. Nice you download this app and did all the things in the book till the setting up a new account. I found that you have to connect your device to the LED wifi(you can see this on you wifi connections available) once you connect that. Go back to the app and Click home wifi and log in it’s pass. It’ll say it will connect….then it will show its having trouble connecting to yar home wifi. It means you’re connected to yar LED wifi. Go to yar settings and click your home wifi. Then go back in the app. It should be able to connect smoothly😄 that’s what I did.

It wicked for like a day but now it won’t connect to the wifi get some cheap ones of wish thay will last longer than this peace of crape don’t bye

Was the best and easiest quickest setup i’ve ever actually done for any wifi connected lights in my life, I connected it and it went straight away, Initially I though I might wake up in the morning and it’ll have to be one of the ones you re-connect every time but no it kept going which i’m super happy with 10 stars

my lights only work on white idk if its the lights problem bc they co colourful from remote or this things fault

Don’t buy these led lights they don’t work at all and this app is useless

I am super happy with how it works I got my dad to help but besides that they are 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
