Installed app and it crashes when opening. Wrongly complaining that I have no internet connection or issue with proxy settings.

Hugely disappointed that the Westin Warsaw has just recently downgraded the dinner formula in the Westin Club - Westin Lounge for the loyal customers on the 19th floor. Was this a result of a cost take-out on labour cost and/or raw materials? In any case it has resulted in a huge loss of attractiveness towards the Westin. Personally I am considering to evaluate other hotel options in the near future. I am aware that I am not ventilating an isolated opinion. I mostly regret the lack of communication or even better the involvement of the customers prior to the change. A very unhappy platinum member

I love the app, but give us the opportunity to go directly on the site of the hotel of choice to mail them and ask necessary questions..

And nicely cooked with always nice welcoming service and best advices. Thank you Thien and colleagues. A small “but”: French fries harshly cooked😱 needs few tips from Belgian chef☺️
