Marriott Bonvoy

Until this year, I can upgrade after every booking ( in the App was Upgrade know for a better room) . In this year I had booked more then seventeen hotels, different brands and I can’t use , even one times my Nightly Upgrade Awards. I have in account 10 nights, but what for ?

After latest update app is not working . Failing to load on iPhone 14 pro max ….

The check in via Apple Watch does not work correctly if I try to change the check in time. I use Apple Watch series 3 and iPhone X with iOS 11.1 Everything else is working fine and the app is great for a frequent traveler, very helpful and comfortable.

This version freezes as soon as I hit “Select Room” when trying to book a hotel. On both IOS 18.2 as well as previous version. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, logged in, etc. works as expected on iPhone.

Lack of basic functions an app usually has, the functions described online is different from what is showing in the app. Terms are even more confusing.

Need to be flexible with some options

They took 15,000 extra points off of my account because the app double booked me in Dallas Texas December 29. Can somebody please put my 15,000 points back lovely app love using it but I need help on this transaction.
