I recently had a terrible experience with Bonvoy due to their hidden rules that were not clearly communicated. It feels like a trap, where they lure you in with attractive offers but then hit you with unexpected conditions that ruin your stay. I was shocked to discover some rules regarding the night stays that weren't mentioned during booking, and the customer service was unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and has left a sour taste in my mouth. I expected better from such a well-known brand. Stay away if you value honesty and clear communication!"
